Contains less than 0.1% sodium lauryl sulfate added as a whipping agent.

This type of egg white is highly recommended for making angel food cakes, layer cakes, meringues, icings, marshmallow toppings or any recipe that requires fast whipping and full volume egg whites.

To make 1 egg white: mix 1 teaspoon of powder with 6 teaspoons of water
