 All our products are Salmonella-free and don't contain any preservatives. No refrigeration necessary. Store in dry, cool place, under 70F preferably. For best flavor use within 12-18 months, whites will keep even 3-4 years. Once reconstituted treat like regular shelled eggs and use immediately. |
